Single Sheet Register to Split Asset Register
The entire Asset Management System runs on a single sheet listing managing all asset types. There's no need to use numerous sheets to manage the assets of the business, but to present assets by type as is typically expected - a simply click 'Produce Asset Register' provides you with a full register for presentation.

Easily apply your depreciation policy to all newly added assets for a quick and consistent depreciation calculations. For each asset category you can set the useful life and depreciation method to be applied. Individual assets that are already set are not affected so you have no problems if your policy changes.

Just enter the date and disposal value whenever needed. All reports and figures automatically recognise this and self-adjust.

Simple and clear summary pages are always available to view fixed asset figures by type, and by location.
Customisable Asset Categories and Locations
Set the asset categories, and locations to meet your client needs to prevent unnecessary asset types being created. Assets types and locations are then set by a simple drop-down list.

Choose monthly or annual reports from the AMS dropdown menu in Excel for instant export of your Asset Register. Each asset category will be presented on it's own sheet along with the summary report.
Asset Reports for Any Month or Year
Just select the current period in the Asset Management System and exported reports will be adjusted for you. Future assets purchased, and past disposals are removed so you can produce clear and accurate asset register reports for any period.
Straight-Line or Reducing Balance Depreciation Methods
All assets can be individually set to either straight-line or reducing balance depreciation. These are calculated monthly from a calculation date with may differ from the asset date of purchase - distinguishing any differences between invoice dates and when the asset started its useful life. Residual values can also be entered to be taken into account.
Minimal Excel Knowledge and with a Simple Layout
With a simple layout and areas marked where entries can be made, this Excel template is easy for everyone to use.
