It's been requested to include email functionality that can send personalised emails to clients and contacts from within the system.
Campaign Based
To provide a powerful and flexible system we expect it to be email campaign based. Multiple campaigns for different purposes could be setup such as for newsletters, follow-ups etc.
Recipient Lists
Receipients could be added and saved to a campaign from clients and contacts with emails.
Personalised
Emails can include a token which is replaced by fields such as First and Last Names.
Subcriptions
An add-on subscription function could be included, to allow subscribers double opt-in ability, possibly via separate websites or the Web-Accountant™ portal.
Custom 'From' Email
Emails are set to send from own domain via SMTP for direct email from users rather than via 3rd parties.
