We've just implemented different charge rates and other options. The changes made include:
- Client Tasks Available - changing the client in a timesheet entry will automatically update the task options to those available to both the client and the user
- Client Charging Method - the system can be set to default to charging clients using task rates or team member rates. Individual clients can override the method set if needed from the Administration > Clients section of the system
- Charge Rates by Team Member - rates can be set on a client by client basis from either the client or team member administration sections
