Senior Accountant

An exciting opportunity with our Aviation Capital Group! Provides on-going oversight of lessee status to include: monthly rent & MR charges, application of cash with investigation (as required), daily lessee correspondence, various invoicing, and other ad-hoc requests. CPA strongly preferred and solid understanding of GAAP is essential.

Senior Accounting Analyst

Senior member of the accounting & reporting team, responsible for the accounting and reporting of investments on a GAAP and statutory basis. Prepares/analyzes the Investment GAAP and statutory disclosures, prepares management reports for the divisions, and generates tax reporting. CPA preferred and advanced knowledge of GAAP reporting for investments.

Accounting Analyst

Responsible for preparing/analyzing GAAP and Statutory financial statements and providing analytical documentation that identifies and explains financial variances. Completes and reviews related annual statutory exhibits and the state page exhibit for each state in which Pacific Life is licensed, prepares work papers that support financial data and footnotes, and completes federal tax provisions for Statutory and GAAP reporting. Strong insurance accounting knowledge including both statutory reporting and GAAP (specifically accounting for Universal Life type products). CPA strongly preferred.
